The Instant Anti-Reverse clutch stops your reel handle from moving backwards in order to create a solid hookset in the mouth of a fish when reeling in your prized catch. The size 40 spinning reel has a changeable right- or left-hand retrieve, a TRU Balance rotor, a strong and lightweight composite body, and a machined aluminum spool with a mono line capacity of 175/12 Yd./Lb. The spinning reel features a strong front-adjustable drag, all-metal gears with a 5.2:1 gear ratio, and a stainless steel bail wire. Comes equipped with 4 bearings (3 + clutch) and solid-brass pinion gear while also coming pre-spooled with 12 Lb. Zebco line so you’re ready to fish sooner.
