The legs are also outfitted with the all-terrain footing system. This system uses rubber feet to absorb shock and vibration as well as deliver non-slip performance on smooth and wet surfaces. For especially slippery situations, like shooting on ice or in freezing rain, the rubber feet twist up to reveal a steel tip that provides enhanced traction when stability matters most.
